There are stronger ones by other companies not on Amazon. Also because they aren't matte they slip in my fingers.I bought these not for an hijab, but to hold my cardigans closed in winter. They are strong and don't move all day. They are simple and small which is good as I don't like any flash on my clothing.My one small complaint is that I wish that I could have bought all silver instead of one set of silver and one of gold.This works so well!
