True to size. Theses dowels provided a nice snug fit when paired with a 3/8 drill bit.Well boxed, measures smaller than advertised length. Be prepared to have numerous odd ball dowel pins. As you can see in the photos I provided there are several that are not straight, numerous ones that were not beveled as advertised. Product should work for what you need it for, but be prepared for some of the dowel pins to be non-usable.Dowels are Exactly as described and fit perfectly to pin my stackable shoe racks together. Also provides easy disassembly to move when/if necessaryUsed these to join some 2x4 and 2x6 together to make a few tables and they worked greatThese dowels are machined well and are of great quality!!These dowels are around 1/64 undersized. They should be exactly 5/16 but they are not. I used them anyway and made up the gap with heavy glue. I wouldn’t buy these againPut together a used IKEA kallax shelf. These fit perfectly. Came in nice box and sturdy.Good packaging - dowels worked great!
