2004 Chevrolet 2500 4x4 fit perfect, just another needed part for front end rebuild, fyi on this highway truck the front end was trash at 167,000. Ball joints, tie rod ends, wheel bearings, steering box, sway bars, cv axles, pitman arms, idler arms, control arms.. Truck would not stay aligned for very long before wore tires all kind of ways.
